Saw the weekly menu when I was at the auditorium but did not have the chance to try the food. Will certainly do so when I next visit as the menu prices are affordable for a cafe and a cool place to relax or wait for an event.

There used to be two excellent young men working there who always provided great service, but recently they hired a new staff member (a young woman) who unfortunately does not seem capable of managing even the basics properly. Beyond her poor work ethic, her attitude toward customers is shockingly rude. Imagine going in simply to enjoy a coffee and being met with the feeling that she would rather throw you out than serve you, what a shame for a place that once had such a welcoming atmosphere. What makes it even worse is that this behavior cannot be justified by workload. It might be somewhat understandable if the café were constantly overcrowded and staff were overwhelmed, but that is not the case here. The shifts last less than four hours, and the number of customers rarely goes beyond twenty. With such manageable conditions, there is no excuse for such dismissive and unfriendly treatment. Perhaps you could at least encourage her to be a little more motivated, and to start with something as simple as greeting customers with a friendly “hello.

Great place to grab a coffee and get some work done. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The coffee was good, although there’s still a little room for improvement.

I tried the Rose Latte earlier today. It was quite tasty for me. 4 stars for it. But the counter staff tried to charge me 50 cents more when I asked for it to be more sweet, which I refused to pay. Instead, I took a few sachets of sugar and paid the normal price. It tasted quite good. I'm not paying you a single cent more for a little more syrup.

Tried the mocha, taste is not bad. My biggest gripe is the aircon seating area, which needs to stay open at least until afternoon tea break 430pm?
