​My family and I had a lovely, leisurely stroll along Plantation Plaza and decided to drop by Swensen's at Plantation Plaza. It was a fantastic choice! The rib-eye steak was cooked perfectly to our liking, the coleslaw was a delicious blend, and the spaghetti meatballs were highly commendable. The cozy, relaxing ambiance made for a great family meal. What truly made our day, however, was the exceptional service from Ms. Germaine. Her humility and professionalism genuinely elevated our dining experience. Well done, and thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Had a great dining experience at Swensen’s. The ambience was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming. The food was served promptly despite the crowd, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The crew were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the meal, especially Xiang Ping, who provided excellent service. A special mention to Manager Hing Yau for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism, making us feel truly valued and welcome. BAD EXPERIENCES @ TENGAH SWENSEN I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Tengah Swensen’s outlet. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child, and there wasn’t a suitable table available in the air-conditioned dining area. I explained to the staff that my husband only needed a quick meal and would be leaving within 20 minutes, around 6:30pm on 7th July 2026. Instead of trying to accommodate us or offering a more customer-friendly solution, we were told that if we did not leave exactly at 6:30pm, we would be chased to the outdoor seating area. Being given what felt like a strict deadline while trying to enjoy a family meal was both embarrassing and uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expected basic hospitality and some flexibility, especially after clearly communicating our situation. Instead, it felt as though we were being timed and pressured throughout our meal. Customer service should be about making diners feel welcome, not making them worry about being chased out of their seats. This experience left a very poor impression of the outlet. I hope management reviews how staff communicate with customers and handles seating arrangements with more professionalism, empathy, and respect. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at Swensen’s, and I would never return to this outlet. Staff name on duty that is rude : Selina & Imah

Service staff has improved tremendously. French fries were done very well, there was a hint of pepper flakes in it which we loved. All dishes were cooked well and portions were sufficient.

I would like to compliment one of your staff at Swensen Dessert & Bar - Jed. His service was truly excellent — he has a very positive attitude, is extremely helpful, cheerful, and takes great pride in his work. It is genuinely pleasant to see staff like him serving customers with such sincerity and professionalism. He made the dining experience much more enjoyable, and I hope Swensen continues to recognise and promote staff like Jed who represent the brand so well. Thank you for the wonderful service!
