finally got my hands on the liho x toy story series tumbler!!! staff was so patient in explaining the different combos now and the space ranger milkyway drink was made wonderfully as well. yummy 🤩❤️

I ordered 2 Brown Sugar Milk Tea and I paid already. After waiting for quite some time, the staff insisted that I “did not order” even though payment was clearly done. Instead of checking properly, she kept arguing and blaming the customer. The staff (China lady) can speak English fine, so it’s not a language issue — it’s a service attitude and poor system issue. What annoyed me the most is she was more focused on Grab pickup / delivery orders than customers who came down personally. Customers in-store were treated like we were not important. No apology, no professionalism, and the whole situation was unnecessarily frustrating. If customers can pay and still be told they didn’t order, then the shop seriously needs to improve their ordering and queue system. Definitely not recommended. I will not be coming back.

I love this liho as the workers are vvvv welcoming and nice and the drink are always made v well done and I can enjoy them with my friends
