I hated the taro milk tea. I expected a purple sweet drink but it turned out to be *LESS SWEET" and it for it to look like a normal milk tea with smashed taro at the bottom. It wasn't even smashed properly and when I told the lady I wanted the purple kind she said it's suppose to look like this. I was shocked by her attitude and it was really disappointing. It's like they don't put work in their bubble tea anymore. I use to LOVE their bubble tea but now they don't really appreciate the costumers I guess.

Reasonably priced in the neighborhood vicinity, taste wise is comparable to the well known branded bbt shops out there. One of the guy staff was very calm and professional despite a black out today, kudos to him.

Ordered few times . And the taste is always OFF . Too diluted and its tasteless. Pls train ur staff more before letting them do customers orders . Thank u

got 3 girls working, all so slow. dont even have many customers (3 before me and 1 drink each) they took 20 mins to make my drink…. still can keep gossiping and talking damn loudly while making drinks. as im typing this i still dont hv my drink, if u want keep talking then go home dont work. the staff 2 got red hair, keep talking and talking only. staff with the peekaboo red hair only know how scold her other staff infront of customer, super unprofessional and embarrassing for that staff, shes clearly new….

Reject customer even though it’s not yet 9PM. Before I even stepped in, I heard the staff saying “don’t come in.” After I entered, I was told the shop was closed, and when I turned to leave, the staff said “yes, leave.” I have seen this outlet still taking orders after 9pm before, yet this time service was refused. This behavior felt like chasing customers away. Please seriously review the staff’s attitude and service professionalism.
