Saw this Thur promo when I passed by: 50% off pistachio pancake with purchase of soy drinks (limited to green grape / lychee / taro boba)! My main objective was to try the Nutty pistachio pancake, but decided to give the green grape soy milk a chance. Verdict: just get the pistachio pancake & drink the plain soy milk (green grape tasted weird, even with the real grape meat). IG @pingguo301

Ordered an egg mayo pancake today and found a strand of hair inside. This is very unhygienic and disappointing. It raises serious concerns about hygiene and food handling standards. Please ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices, including wearing hair nets.

happen to see 1 for 1 soy drink, not much crowd here compared to other places. request for no ice and the staff gave a nasty look and attitude, if this continues I'm afraid all Mr Bean outlets will close down in the next 5-10yrs. Can you spot what is wrong with the menu? drink also can label wrongly.... it says alot about this company itself.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Mr Bean outlet due to the poor customer service. I approached the counter and asked whether they had a Soy Latte or Vietnamese Coffee. The staff member serving me immediately said they did not have it and rudely told me to get it somewhere else. However, another staff member working at the back kindly pointed to a promotional poster and asked if that was the drink I was looking for. It turned out that the coffee was indeed available, and they proceeded to prepare it for me. During payment, the same staff member mumbled “4.20,” which I paid. She then abruptly raised her voice and said, “4.70, 50 cents more!” The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. When my drink was ready, she handed it over without a word. In contrast, another staff member kindly smiled and passed me a straw from the side, which I appreciated. To be fair, the coffee itself tasted good. Unfortunately, the quality of the product was overshadowed by the poor customer service. Customer interaction plays a significant role in the overall dining experience, especially in the food and beverage industry. While some staff members were polite and helpful, the rude behavior of the staff member at the counter left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I do not intend to visit this outlet again

Rude service from aunty- seems to be consistent with most reviews at this location. I went there at 9.10pm, hungry and needing food. Asked if they had beancurd left - got a surly reply with no eye contact “Mei you” no more in Chinese. When asked what else is available that I can order, refused to reply, just kept saying Mei you. Finally her younger colleague jumped in and told me what else I can order. Thanks but no thanks!!
