Dear Kim San Leng F&B Group Management, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service at your drink stall today (18 February 2026) at approximately 10:25am. The counter staff showed a poor attitude and responded in an angry and unprofessional manner. As a customer, I felt very disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I hope you can look into this matter and take the necessary action to ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you

The worst Western Shop in Singapore run by an Indian couple. Ordered chicken cutlet but came out different thing..confronted the cook and she says it’s chicken cutlet. Wasted $7.90..while writing this, she refunded me back the money..both couple came and apologised.

Had the zhi char here at this Kim San Leng kopitiam. Was really surprised! I ordered the standard hor fun. The minute I had the first mouthful, a sudden nostalgic wave went through my mind, and I find myself back in the 90s or early 2000s, which the real Singapore zhi char taste, before the current flavors are diluted by fusions or too many foreign cultures. The wok hei of the Hor Fun was so strong it was unbelievable. How can such a good zhi char be located within an Industrial Park!? Highly recommended. Words cant express the taste. Come over and try it.

The Hong Kong Roast meat and wanton is one of the best I've tried in Singapore. The atmosphere is also great.
