My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Jack’s Place (Jurong SAFRA). We arrived around 4:00 PM during the off-peak hours, so the restaurant was peaceful with a lovely, quiet ambience. ​The service was exceptional, largely thanks to Ms. Jeslin Cheak. She was remarkably friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout our meal. ​The food was top-notch! My tenderloin was cooked to absolute perfection, and the Triple Meats dish was equally delicious. Compliments to the chef and a big thank you to Ms. Jeslin for making our family meal so pleasant. Keep up the fantastic work!

Jack’s Place at SAFRA Jurong remains a dependable choice for a classic steak meal. I had the Black Pepper Steak (medium) with the value set, which included soup of the day and vanilla ice cream. The steak was cooked as requested, the black pepper sauce was flavourful, and the baked potato complemented the meal well. The clear soup was comforting, and ending with ice cream made it a satisfying set The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and easy to dine in. At just under $50 after taxes and service charge, the meal offers reasonable value given the portion, set inclusions, and overall dining experience

Very disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was extremely poor and inattentive. I had to repeatedly ask for basic items. I also requested toppings for my baked potato, but it was never acknowledged or served. To make matters worse, staff attempted to clear my plate while I was still eating. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely not worth the service charge that was imposed.

Average service, no water provided, ordered set meal and needed asked twice for my tea as choked from dry meal. Asked my sirloin to be medium raw n got over medium... worst.. plate of foods served COLD. Dessert.. dry cake. Just not the JP I had remember n enjoyed from 30 to 40 years ago

As per other's review, service is horrible. A simple cup of coke was not received after 40 minutes. When asked the fella in the picture how long more, he said 1 second sarcastically. Jack's Place, please look into improving customer service.
