''LiHO means "How are you in Hokkien" and we take pride in our name as it celebrates Singapore as a melting pot of culture. A simple greeting of LiHO is a great way for individuals to bond and it is even better with a cup of Singapore’s homegrown tea brand, LiHO TEA.

LiHO TEA at Jurong Point is a convenient stop for bubble tea while shopping at the mall. The outlet offers the usual LiHO menu with milk teas, fruit teas, and popular drinks like brown sugar pearl and avocado blends. Drinks are prepared fairly quickly, and you can customise sugar level and toppings based on your preference. The menu has a good variety, so it’s easy to find something refreshing for a quick break. A practical place in Jurong Point to grab a bubble tea while walking around the mall.

Horrible service. Went to collect a drink purchased from shopee, when we arrived the male staff wearing glasses was annoyed and told us to download app. When we ask for assistance on how to apply the vouchers(need to select drinks first then apply voucher at checkout) he was giving attitude and told us to read on shopee. No help at all. The wait for drinks was also long despite not many customers. Wanted to give liho a chance after a bad experience a few years ago. NEVER AGAIN. I’m telling all my friends about this.

The definition of less ice by Liho is at least 75% of the large cup filled without liquids. My ice level was at the 80% mark of the filled large cup and there is a difference between LITTLE and LESS ice. 80% ice, 10% milk tea, 5% cheese and 5% avocado? I ordered this item in other branches without any problems but Liho Jurong Point does not know how to prepare this! And what is the point of putting less ice on the app for customers to choose for? Might as well go to KOI who knows what less ice means! Moreover, the female staff was extremely rude in her explanation by throwing the ice away at the sink. I asked very nicely! This is absolute disgraceful customer service from Liho Jurong Point!

The beverage has a taste reminiscent of sugary water, despite the request for a minimal amount of sugar. Furthermore, the staff members were not particularly friendly, even when we communicated in English.
