Visited for breakfast on 7/7. Usually the coffee is nice and fragrant, although not thick enough but still a decent cuppa. Today, the coffee is diluted beyond words. Seeing the snaking queue, I decided not to ask the stall attendants and disrupt their “auto” ordering and serving mode. Too bad no minus stars to be given.

The service has gone downhill recently. I waited at the front for a long time, but no one came to take our order. Another staff member even had to call the person responsible for taking orders. When she finally came over, she was busy on her phone and seemed unwilling to serve. In the end, a different staff member took my order, so I had to repeat everything twice... The economy rice has also become more and more expensive.

The worst economic rice store that I have ever been, paying for $5, get this kind of food. I was thinking that he’s gonna give me a full piece of tofu however, he just cut it into half and just put it in without me noticing. The meat are not meat but just bones , so what I’m paying for ? Scraping the small portion of meat from the bones ? You thought what ? I doggie at the spare of owner to feed ah? I cannot afford to pay meh? You charge me at what price give me what food ? I don’t mind paying but why you charging me without giving the value I pay?

Came here for two drinks—Large Ice Tea and Ice Tea O. Total came to $5.00 ($2.50 each). While the drinks were fine, the service was very poor. The staff member at the drink stall was unnecessarily rude and shouted, "Large cup or small cup" in an irritated tone when I was ordering. Pricing for Tea O also seems high compared to the milk version. Please improve the customer service.

Kimly Zhicha - Price is very reasonable and food is tasty. One of the best tasting and affordable Zhi Cha chains. Their dim sum is nice too. Quality ingredients and friendly staff :)
