My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Dian Xiao Er (Jurong Point). The food was outstanding—especially the signature roasted duck and roasted pork, which deserve the highest praise. Huge compliments to the Chef for a superb meal! We also want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Keh Ah Poh, Ms Jenny Lau Hong Er and Ms. Liu Yu Run. Their exceptional service, enthusiasm, and excellent dish recommendations truly elevated our dining experience. Additionally, they introduced us to the new mobile app, which unlocks a great selection of exclusive new beverages upon download. We highly recommend checking it out!

Here’s a polished Google review for Dian Xiao Er at Jurong Point: Visited Dian Xiao Er at Jurong Point recently and the overall dining experience was quite pleasant. The restaurant has a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, suitable for family meals and casual gatherings. Their signature herbal roast duck remains the highlight — the skin was nicely roasted and the herbal aroma was quite fragrant without being overpowering. Portion size was decent and the meat remained fairly tender. Some of the other dishes were acceptable as well, especially the vegetables and tofu dishes which were well balanced in flavour. Service was generally polite and efficient. Food serving speed was reasonable too. On the downside, prices do feel slightly on the higher side nowadays for a casual Chinese restaurant chain, especially after adding several side dishes and drinks. The restaurant can also get rather noisy when fully packed. Overall, still a reliable option in Jurong Point if you are craving Chinese comfort food, especially their roast duck.

We have visited Dian Xiao Er at Jurong Point several times for dinner, and we would like to compliment Mr. Tan Wei June for his excellent service and attentiveness. During our visits, he consistently demonstrated a very service-oriented attitude, always polite, approachable, and attentive to customers’ needs. What impressed us most was seeing him proactively replacing the rectangular stools with chairs that have proper back support for elderly customers, ensuring they were more comfortable during their meal. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed genuine care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Good service is not only about efficiency, but also about empathy and paying attention to details, and Mr. Tan Wei June certainly reflects that. Staff like him create a warm and welcoming dining experience, and we truly appreciate his efforts. Please convey our compliments and appreciation to him.

Had tried 6 different outlets of dianxiaoer in singapore, and im very lucky to be staying near the best outlet imo. The duck is always very well done, the meat and toufu are also very delicious. Come here once every month or two, really worth the money and the service is top notch as well😋❤️
