Recently reopened Boon Lay Food Place which has been around for the longest time. The newly upgraded place is much more cleaner, cooler and have more space with the center segment flattened and added with more tables and seats. Overall, the place is even brighter and houses many good food options here. When there’s a queue, typically it is good food here. Only giving it 4-stars because the prices have all gone up, which is pretty sad as gradually hawker food do not feel as affordable as they used to be, and sadly it is a common action after any new renovations or upgrades. Just hope it is sustainable for the F&B people, as well as the patrons as most people who live around this area are much older people. Will still frequent this place!

Lotsa great stalls here. They underwent renovation recently with better ventilation, cleaner environment which makes it more comfortable for patrons. My personal favourite power nasilemak, 擂茶饭，鱼汤, prawn noodle

Not a wheelchair friendly place. All wheelchair accessible seatings become store owners private storage area. Totally inconsiderate for wheelchair customers.

Although it's newly renovated hawker centre, but many areas are still required improvement, eg. cleanliness, seating, tray return etc. Majority food selling here is good and still within reasonable price, but few coffee stalls are selling drinks at higher prices compared with kopitiam or food court and quality is poor. Most stall owners are selfish and inconsiderate, they chope and reserve the tables in front of their stalls, just for the convenience of placing their stuffs, which cause diners are difficult in getting seats.
