347 Cockles Char Kway Teow. It's difficult to find a good plate of char kway teow these days. Much more difficult than a good plate of Hokkien Mee. The CKT at 347 is reminient of the good old days CKT ..... Singapore style. With Lup Cheong, Cockles, pork lard and nice tau gay crunch. Savory sweet with a nice chilli punch. The best way to have the Cockles is to have it simmer below the cooked noodles. This will render the cockles to cook to medium rather than over cooking when fried with the noodle together. Auntie will ask you if you want it that way. Good service. Very worth the calories.
View on GoogleSurrounded by plenty of good food options that I am spoilt for choice but please come early if want to enjoy more options as usually by noon about 12 plus pm sold out most popular stalls. (just to name a few off my mind in no particular order such as Guang Tai Lor Mee, hua xing bak kut teh, hai nan mei hainanese chicken rice, jing jing carrot cake, granny's pancake, famous Seng Heng prawn and pork ribs mee, thunder tea brown rice, dessert stall, fruit juice squeezes fresh fruit juices also not bad). Thanks and appreciation shout out to a few elderly cleaners who made the place clean and comfortable for eating. I saw they even offered to help people to clear their plates on the table while making rounds. Thank you so much. Jin Jin carrot cake I like the black version. For granny pancake I like the cheese pancake. Highly recommended.

View on GoogleThis hawker center has an older style, likely from the 80s. Most stalls seem to operate in the morning, with many closing by 1 PM. It appears to have a good number of stalls and overall size compared to newer hawker centers, and with surrounding shops and a supermarket, it likely meets the needs of Yuhua West residents. ✅ I tried the Vietnam stall; the chicken cutlet was reasonably flavored and tender, and the $5.00 price was acceptable.
View on Googlebest old style hawker centre. only difference is, over here all the stalls are opened for business and doing great business. very lively and makes me hungry. all the food looks so good and delicious.
