Some incredible Japanese movies and anime show the detailed cooking process and baking simple things in the kitchen! For whatever reason, curry-based chicken rice has always stood out to me! Spotting that particular option on the cafe's menu nearby left me with no choice but to take it immediately. I didn't regret the outcome since it was delicious paired with the lemon tea! The local Asian delights section also has some cool stuff, and I hope to choose those items later! Kudos to the friendly personnel and team behind the simple magic experience!
View on GoogleService friendly, portions good, and prices reasonable. Whether you veg or not, sure can find something good here. Will come back again for sure! Cozy vibes, and the food damn shiok. Many variaties of food available! Roasted Duck, Bibimbap, Fried Mushrooms, Korean Ramen, Laksa.
View on GoogleThis cafe exudes a welcoming, local charm that's hard to resist. The menu offers a range of mouthwatering options, and I was particularly impressed with their Laksa, Bibimbap, and homemade Yam cake. Each dish was a burst of flavors that left me craving for more. I can't wait to return and explore their Japanese Curry cutlet rice and Korean Ramen. Beyond the delectable food, the cafe's ambiance is a true highlight. The cozy interior, adorned with beautiful decor, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. They also have an outdoor seating area, which is perfect for enjoying your meal in the fresh air. Soul Kind Cafe has definitely won me over with its delicious, plant-based dishes, great vibes, and charming setting. Whether you're a vegetarian or just looking for a unique culinary experience, this cafe is well worth a visit. Don't forget to check out their extensive menu; you'll be pleasantly surprised!
View on GoogleWent with my daughter. Our first time trying your food. The laksa was good. Gravy was tasty. My daughter like the Teriyaki rice. We liked the mushroom with butter cream as well.. not enough curry leaves though ..The only disappointment was there was no dessert on the menu. It would be nice if there are some selection of ice cream, or bingsu etc.. I will definitely come back again..
View on GoogleEasy to find. Not many people on weekday early evening. Food variety seems to be enough. I arrived at around 5.30pm but laksa was already out of stock. So if you want to try laksa perhaps try coming earlier. We tried the unagi don, dang gui duck noodles & rice, and Vietnamese spring roll. Unagi Don was average. Vegan duck is marinated well. But rice portion for vegan duck is kind of little. Definitely not enough for big eaters. Noodles portion for vegan duck is enough. Unfortunately I found green stuff that seems like dishwashing sponge in the noodles 😖😖😖 told the staff but didn't receive any apologies (maybe the staff can't communicate or understand well), but the other staff/boss at the back also didn't step up to assist or clarify. Without them clearly understanding or trying to find out the source of problem, it means this might happen again to other customers. Vietnamese spring roll is made of purple and yellow sweet potato and deep fried. But it was terribly done becuase it was only hot at the exterior, the inside was still cold.
