Had a wonderful experience at Swensen’s IMM! We ordered the Coit Tower, Sticky Chewy Chocolate Zero Sundae, and Mantou, and every dish was delicious. The desserts were rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented, while the mantou paired perfectly with the chocolate. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Great food, great ambiance, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Swensen’s is our family’s favourite restaurant. We visit at least once a month, and even more often during our birthday months because of its generous birthday ice cream treat, which you can enjoy every day throughout the birthday month! Highly recommended, and a big thank you to the wonderful staff team for being so helpful and patient with us as parents of two toddlers. We truly appreciate the warm and family-friendly service! 🍦❤️

Dining and breaking my fast here was quite a hearty and wholesome experience! Although there seemed to be a long queue, we queued at ~6:30 and got a table around 7:00! The food is simply delicious. The fish and chips were savoury and the soup of the day (veggie-related) had a very distinct taste. I recommend the Sparkling Pink Lemonade for its zestiness. The customer service is superb, especially with Yun Yee going the extra mile and checking in on us ever so often + going to each and every table around buka time. The atmosphere here is also quite decent. The restaurant design is quite new with some old-timey elements e.g the lamps, and the capacity is enough for normal days. Even during peak hours it doesnt feel like you’re being squeezed. As the restaurant isnt enclosed, it doesnt get too noisy either. If I were to eat at Swensens again I would definitely go here!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Swensen’s. The food was tasty as always, and the prices remain affordable—perfect for families. The overall atmosphere is warm and family-oriented, which makes it a great place to gather and enjoy a meal together. Although the outlet was very busy, the service truly stood out. I would like to sincerely thank the staff who went above and beyond to attend to our needs without hesitation or delay. Manager Nur was especially commendable—patient, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Ms Khai and Ms Kia were pleasant and efficient, clearing tables quickly so customers could enjoy a clean dining space. Mr Albert and Mr JJ provided prompt and efficient service, ensuring everything ran smoothly. A special mention goes to Ms Connie, who was incredibly attentive and quick in responding to our needs.
