I recently visited BYD IMM and came away with a very positive impression. The showroom is modern, clean, and well organized, making it easy to browse the different models without feeling overwhelmed. What stood out most was the professionalism of the staff. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the visit, answering every question without any pressure to make a purchase. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help customers understand the differences between the models and find the right fit. The cars were presented beautifully, and I appreciated being able to explore them at my own pace. The entire experience was smooth, relaxed, and customer-oriented. Whether you're seriously considering an EV or simply curious about the latest technology, this is definitely a showroom worth visiting. Excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, and a team that leaves a great impression. Highly recommended.

Came here for dinner on a weekend. Given how popular this place is, I would recommend making a reservation rather than walking in. It’s also pet friendly, which is a nice touch if you are dining with pets. The prices are reasonable for cafe-style food. We ordered a few dishes and overall the food was quite enjoyable. The fish and chips were well fried, though the last few bites felt a little heavy. The prawn aglio olio was pretty good, and you could taste the fresh pasta and prawns, which was nice. The coffee pork ribs were not bad, slightly on the sweeter side, but still enjoyable. The beef rendang was also well cooked, very soft and tender, and the sauce was flavourful. Service wise, the waitresses were friendly and attentive, which made the dining experience more pleasant. Overall, this is a nice cafe with decent food and a comfortable environment, and it is definitely worth another visit.

Comfortable dining experience with byd cars lined next to you for your perusal while you dine. The service was so friendly here, the service staff are courteous attentive and professional. The food were mostly average and a tad salty, but the biscoff coffee ribs were something unique and special I'd recommend anyone to try.

First time trying the food at BYD 1826 cafe. Cafe aircon at my table was extremely strong and cold. Ordered the garlic butter lemon tilapia set and their bestseller fishy bizniz (miso black cod). Food was surprisingly delicious even for the affordable set. Clean modern deco can understand its popularity.

*Mar 2026* Superb service! Booked for 4pax and had one more join in. Despite the last min change, it was accommodated by the friendly staff. Our dog got 2 pup cups and there were pet amenities by the sink. Food and drinks were great! A little tough to book but looking forward to the next time! *Feb 2026* Glad that there is finally a decent pet friendly cafe in the west, at IMM and by BYD. Food is affordable, tasty and decently portioned. Alcoholic drinks are the only badly priced items in the whole menu. We visited on CNY day 1 for desserts and service were superb! Aircon was the only issue as it was rather stuffy when we visited, but it rained the entire day and it was not too surprising that the outside was actually much colder at night than within the restaurant. Will be back soon!
