Tried the newly branched Crispy yam paste with salted egg Sesame Balls. love it!. Savor the delightful contrast of a chewy glutinous rice exterior packed with flavor, the outer layer was toasted sesame seeds and fried to golden perfection. The next newly branched was the Blue Dumplings translucent wrappers with a unique blue tint, generously topped with vibrant orange roe. uniquely with laksa flavour a very good combination. We met Ms Jennifer the Assistant Manager. She consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service through her warm and welcoming demeanor. She is friendly always with a genuine smile and a positive attitude, instantly making people feel valued and comfortable. She is very attentive and approachable ensuring that customers feel completely at ease asking questions or seeking assistance. Ms Jennifer willingness in taking receptive feedback. She actively listens to customer suggestions and concerns with an open mind, always willing to learn and adapt to improve the overall experience. Thank you Jennifer.

Had a great dining experience at Tim Ho Wan! The dim sum was delicious, especially the baked BBQ pork buns crispy on the outside and soft inside. 😋 Special thanks to all the staff everyone was friendly, polite and attentive, with excellent service throughout our meal. Really appreciate the warm hospitality! Overall, a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back again! 👍🏻

I brought my mom sis and helper for a lunch at West gate branch and was surprised that after renovation the place became more spacious and brighter with excellent service staffs. The food is even nicer than before. I will visit again for their tea break session soon! Keep up the good work especially to Ms Joanna and all the friendly helpful service crew staffs!

1) Love the National Day theme new dishes - minced meat cheong fan, laksa dumpling & black pepper duck bun. They are delicious! 2) Newly reno furniture gives a good ambience. 3) Mary the waitress is very helpful to check on our dishes. Overall a good dining experience!

Glad they are back after a month of renovations, so of course I had to drop by and see what’s new. The place feels familiar but refreshed. They’ve also rolled out a year-end get-together menu that mixes classic Cantonese bites with a few modern twists. The Black Truffle Foie Gras Dumplings were surprisingly balanced — rich but not too heavy, with that truffle aroma that makes it feel a bit special. The Golden Mango Cheese Crab Roll caught me off guard — sweet, savoury, crispy, and actually works. The Black Truffle Bacon Fried Rice? Definitely one of those “I could eat this whole bowl alone” dishes — smoky, umami, and super comforting. Ended the meal with the Caramelised Double Milk Skin Pudding, which had that soft, almost custardy texture with a hint of burnt sugar. Simple but satisfying. Tried a couple of new items too — the Steamed Chicken Rice with Scallion Ginger reminded me of home-cooked food, while the Fried Shrimp Dumplings with Avocado Mousse were crispy and light with a nice creamy contrast. Glad this Westgate spot is open again —
