This is very good Japanese shabu shabu restaurant. Pretty good quality with this place. Variety of veritable. Drink is not included it but it is ok ( you can add ) Pretty good beef, pork and chicken. You can also have Wagyu if you pay more. The order system did not work well but stuffs helped and it was easy to order.

This restaurant is outrageous. While I was at the condiment station adding sauce, a female server aggressively told me to move away while carrying a bucket of soy sauce, as if I were interfering with her work. She disturbed me and still had such an attitude? How rude! What gives them the right to charge a 10% service fee? Don't they know that "service" means serving customers?

Shabu Sai is a decent spot if you’re looking to fix a hotpot craving without burning a hole in your wallet. The price is reasonable, and you get unlimited servings which is nice if you’re in the mood to eat a lot. The quality of the meat is okay — nothing premium but good enough for a quick hotpot meal. The soup bases and ingredients are standard too — you won’t find anything unique or outstanding. Honestly, there’s nothing particularly special about this place, but if you’re after a fuss-free, affordable hotpot fix, Shabu Sai does the job.

The food was great! Fresh meats, fresh vegetables and fresh variety of mushrooms! The only setback is each type of meat is too thinly sliced and few on each tray. Hence even many trays ordered, meat consume is very little. Most only have 4 strips. Variety of sauces, vegetables and toppings for soft serve is good. The setting and decor is also very clean, hygienic and nice. The only thing greatly lacking is service, although orders were served fast, they were placed on the table in a very rough way. Only the last staff, See Wen, made a good impression. She asked very courteously if she could clear the table and did it gently. If not for her, I would have at most rated service a 2 star. Will I come back? Maybe… when the service improves 😝

This restaurant is not fairly priced, in my opinion. If you are over the height limit, you will be charged as an adult even though you might be under 13. Overall, I feel even though you can get “unlimited” food, you will almost never be able to get your money worth. The food was not exactly up to standard because the refilling of soup was slow and the soup too was a tad too salty. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to you, because of the price and the service.
