This has to be one of the most confusing menus I’ve ever seen. The menu clearly states “Choice of bagel or burger bun.” I ordered the Herb Grill Chicken Bagel and even repeated “bagel” to the cashier twice to make sure there was no misunderstanding. Yet they served me a burger bun instead. When I asked another staff about it, she looked completely confused and even asked whether my order was correct. Seriously? Your own staff don’t even understand your own menu? If customers are supposed to choose between a bagel and a burger bun, why wasn’t I asked which I wanted? Why is the item called a “burger” when the menu says I can choose a bagel? The wording is incredibly misleading, and none of the staff bothered to clarify anything. This whole experience was frustrating and unnecessary. If your own employees can’t explain the menu, how are customers supposed to order correctly? Please rewrite your menu and train your staff properly. The food was actually good btw.

Pulled into Pullman Bakery nestled inside Jurong East Library and found it to be a delightful place to unwind. The setting is inviting—with comfy tables and soft light, it’s perfect for pairing a coffee with a good read. The pastries and breads are well worth stopping by for. We tried a couple of flaky croissants and a savory bun—they were fresh, buttery, and satisfying. Not overly fancy, but just right for a chill afternoon. The coffee was reliable too—smooth and warming, ideal for settling in. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The library backdrop gives it a calm, quiet vibe, making it a perfect spot for relaxing, reading, or catching up with a friend over coffee and pastry. A really nice, low-key find in Jurong East.

Ordered the matcha latte, and surprisingly, it tasted better than I expected. I also tried the Yuzu Mayo Fish Burger and the Herb Grilled Chicken Burger. The portion size was quite generous, and the food tasted decent, similar to standard Western-style dishes. There is no service charge, but GST is charged at 9%.

Really convenient to have it at the Jurong Regional Library. I think their Japanese style buns are good: the curry chicken donut is so soft and fluffy. The croissant is decent but also priced very affordably. They only have main dishes on weekends -- weekdays they have the breads. Can be pretty crowded on a weekend right before the library opens at 10am

Only came here for their houjicha latte , disclaimer : must ask them for no sugar no honey if you want it to be unsweetened . No sugar with honey taste just as good . The best drink I ever tasted . Doesn’t taste like cheap teh tarik at kopitam. This latte got standard one okay!!
