Everything else was nice except Prawn Aglio Oli. Very blend. Not smell of garlic at all. Request to have more garlic but bearly see any garlic bits. Prawn tasteless. Too much of herbs leave until i got choke when eating the noodles.

Extremely disappointing experience at Pastamania JEM. Our main course was served without any cutlery, leaving us with no way to eat our pasta until we managed to get someone's attention. This basic oversight should never happen in a restaurant. To make matters worse, the bread and soup set arrived only after the main course had already been served. A set meal should be served in the proper order, not as an afterthought. The pizza was also unacceptable. Parts of the crust were heavily charred, and there was a distinct burnt, bitter taste that suggested old carbon residue had built up in the pizza oven. It gave the impression that the oven had not been cleaned properly for some time. Overall, this was a poorly managed dining experience with substandard food quality and service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously by improving staff training, food preparation standards, and kitchen hygiene.

Ambience sucks! We can't choose where we want to sit. When clearly the restaurant was only half full. If u guys don't mind noisy surroundings, maybe u guys can come and dine in here. Food wise. OMFG. I bought beef meatballs spaghetti with tomato based sauce. Sucks. Flavour out! Literally have to put 1/4 of the cheese powder and chilli flakes, only then it's "edible". The meatballs, taste exactly like those factory made. My partner bought fusilli with spicy chicken tomato based sauce. Damn atrocious. The pasta some undercook, some cook. The photo show it all. Btw, can please do send your staff mending the counter to some customer service lesson. I really think she needs to go for 1. Atrocious attitude! We waited 4 to 5 mins just for her to be ready to take our order. After we paid for our food, she send 1 drinks only. And my partner have to go and ask her where is another drink that we ordered.

Disappointing.This my second time ordering this thinking it would be better but it’s not. Services all was good but the food is a disappointment.

Had a really pleasant experience at the PastaMania outlet during last Mother’s Day at May 10th 2026. Huge shoutout to Juaini and the team for the genuinely warm and attentive service throughout my visit. Even though the outlet was busy, the team remained patient, friendly, and very organised. Juaini in particular stood out for her professionalism and kindness, she made customers feel welcomed and comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about providing good service. Food aside, it’s the hospitality that really leaves a lasting impression, and this team definitely delivered that. Thank you to Juaini and the entire crew for making the dining experience such an enjoyable one. Hope the team gets the recognition they deserve, keep up the amazing work!
