This was a really fun experience ! It was my first time here and the spread was really generous. So first you have to choose your meat choices and your soup base before heading in. That’d be the only thing they served, and everything else: cooked food (fried stuff/soups), the other usual hotpot ingredients, drinks, sauces, dessert, would be self-service. It was a fun experience because you really just get to customise what you’d eat since it was a solo pot for yourself ! I got the Tom yum which was great and chose the wagyu beef option. Definitely will come again, but we really ate till we burst. So come hungry !
View on GoogleGood quality sides with mediocre raw meats. Love the variety and taste of the sides so much so that I could just eat those alone without hotpot. Service was good evident with the frequent clearing of plates and refilling of soup. One of the better buffets in this $20-30 price range.
View on GoogleLocated at Level 3, inside Westgate Mall. Place is pretty big, but Q is expected during weekends. Reservation is recommended. My first time trying the hotpot, went for their beef & seafood premium. Frank personal opinion as follows: - total dine time is 80mins, but ordering stops at 60mins. - each person have their own personal pot, u can choose own soupbase. - the switch for ur personal pot and it is built into the desk, and trust me, its terrible User Interface, turned off. - quite dissapointed with their raw food items, only the "prawn paste" i felt its pretty tasty. The rest are just average or below average! - the cooked food items (self service) are defintely better in terms of taste and quality. - note their biggest table is only meamt for 6 paxs, any more than that u will hve to split table. - Service is below average too. Overall worth the price on a weekend: NO. Never try before and on a weekday: no harm try once. Wld i return again: NO I do not feel its worth the hype and actually dissapointing experience with the food quality and Staff Service.
View on GoogleWe had a fantastic dinner at Paradise Hotpot Westgate recently and it was a solid experience overall. The modern Hong Kong-style individual hotpot setup is really trendy with luxurious velvet booths, sleek decor featuring HK vibes, and built-in induction cookers at every table that made cooking super convenient and fun. The all-you-can-eat spread impressed us with over 80-100 fresh ingredients — plenty of premium meats, seafood, vegetables, and a great variety of sides available self-serve. We loved the nine soup bases, especially the unique ones like satay and Teochew style which added nice flavor variety. The quality felt fresh and the sauces station offered lots of options to customize.5 Service was attentive and friendly, though it got a bit busy during peak hours so wait times for refills were noticeable. The 80-minute time limit kept things moving but felt a tad rushed for a relaxing meal. Pricing is reasonable for the value (around $23++ for lunch/dinner), making it a great spot for groups or families.16 Ambience is cozy and stylish — perfect for catching up with friends. Minor quibbles on portion timing aside, it’s a tasty and enjoyable hotpot spot in Jurong East. We’ll definitely return! Highly recommended for hotpot lovers.
View on GoogleGreat Variety & Enjoyable Hotpot Experience Paradise Hotpot is a great spot if you enjoy having your own individual pot. There’s a wide variety of soup options to choose from, so everyone can pick something they like without needing to share. Beyond the soups, there’s a really good spread of cooked food, raw ingredients, sauces, as well as drinks and dessert options. You’ll definitely be spoiled for choice, and it makes the whole dining experience more fun and flexible. There is a time limit, but honestly, it was more than sufficient for us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed. Overall, a satisfying hotpot experience with lots of variety and convenience. Great for group dining or even casual meals when you’re craving something warm and hearty! 🍲✨
