⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tried the two new KOI Thé Macaron flavours — Lychee Black Tea and Yuzu Oolong Tea — and I absolutely loved them! The Lychee Black Tea was fragrant and lightly floral with a refreshing tea aroma, while the Yuzu Oolong had a bright citrusy tang balanced beautifully with the roasted tea notes. Both had smooth, luscious fillings and perfectly chewy shells without being overly sweet. You can really taste the quality and creativity in these tea-infused flavours. Highly recommended for macaron lovers — I’ll definitely be back for more!

Very long waiting time and extremely slow service. I ordered through Foodpanda, and the app showed that my order was ready for collection. However, when I arrived at Koi The Westgate, the staff told me that the order was actually not ready yet. I ended up waiting much longer (>15 mins) despite the app indicating that the order was ready. The whole process was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. Koi should ensure that the order status shown on Foodpanda is accurate so customers are not made to wait unnecessarily.

Overall service was efficient. Staff was all working diligently. However, after making the option to "pay at the counter", I was surprised to still being told to queue behind a lady who is still making her order through the kiosk machine. So I went to double check again with the staff working on 18Aug, roughly around 6.20pm, and he mentioned yes. Maybe as an improvement, this could be looked through. Thanks

Staff are fast and efficient in making the orders, 2 self order kiosk with a line barrier to guide customers where to queue to order, this outlet is also much bigger than other outlets with more staff. No mess up in orders and drinks was prepared perfectly as to koi usual standard. Had also tried the low fat milk for milk tea this time with 50% sugar level and i feels it's nicer than the usual non low fat milk tea.

first time at this outlet. staff all very friendly to help with the ordering. cup has cute koi bear motif to celebrate national day! had the orh-nee taro milk tea with taro-q, so filling and yummy. 25% sugar is best sugar level to taste the taro!
