the ambiance and interior of the cafe was beautiful and so was my big breakfast, I was hoping to make this a regular place to come to since it's near my office. but sadly there were just small things here and there that added up for us, like the kitchen exhaust smell that built up inside the cafe space and became so strong that we had to move outdoors, the ketchup bottle that was rancid and popped when I tried to open it, and all the wobbly tables. we were also disappointed by the shakshuka not being very substantial (had to dig to find tiny pieces of sausage). might be nice as a dessert cafe since the waffle was yummy but today just wasn't our day 😢

Visited this café for breakfast today with a friend. We arrived around 9am and found the place cozy and welcoming, located conveniently on the ground floor of an HDB block. I’ve heard their waffles are one of their specialties. We ordered an all-day breakfast to share along with two drinks. Even during the early breakfast hours, there were already a few tables occupied, which gave the café a warm and lively atmosphere. The staff (possibly the owner) was very polite and attentive. The food quality was comparable to what you would expect from a typical Western breakfast café. The overall vibe feels like a small, family-run café. Do note that food may take a little longer to be served, so it’s best to come with a relaxed mindset, a bit of patience, and simply enjoy the slower pace of the morning.

Cute cafe. Cozy interiors. Good service. We ordered the shakshuka (which they kindly modified to be vegetarian friendly), avocado toast, the big breakfast, a waffle and three coffees. Total bill 86$. Food was good. Particularly liked the waffle. Coffee was good although not amazing. Shakshuka was not satisfactory- the egg was barely cooked, the cheese used was shredded cheese instead of feta and I couldn't find any bell peppers.

Lovely little cosy cafe at Sunset Way; perfect for slow mornings and small friendly gatherings ☀️ It's run by one person, possibly the owner and she does everything herself: from brewing the drinks, making the food, to serving customers ☕ (so food service might take a while) There's a shelf with games (family-friendly !) that also displays some crochet coasters for sale :)) I ordered an avocado toast ($14.90), it was delightful ! Creamy eggs 🍳, mild mashed avocado 🥑 with scattered pieces of tomatoes 🍅 on top of a slice of sourdough toast 🍞, served with a side salad (assorted leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar) The meal was filling without feeling too heavy; light yet hearty and delicious. Presentation was also beautiful 🥗🦭 Do help yourself to the water and condiments at the countertop in front to elevate / pair with your meal 🥤 The prices states on the menu are nett and there is no GST or service charge added to the bill, but rest assured as the food and service is still quality and not compromised at all 😆 (as the cafe promised) The cafe serves pastries (muffins and croissants 🥐), coffee / beverages, açaí 🫐, waffles & croffles 🧇, toasts 🍞, lunch mains (pasta etc. 🍝) and gelato 🍨 Do drop by if you're nearby to support this local small business, it's worth a try 🫶🏻

Random stop for coffee. Attracted by the waffle. Belgian waffle was good, especially topped with pistachio gelato !! Coffee is balanced with nice latte art. Happy tea break.
