My family and I have been visiting Ya Kun at Clementi Mall regularly since it opened, and it has become one of our favourite places to go. The staff there are always friendly, warm, and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Recently, they also added a few air coolers to keep the shop more airy and comfortable, which is a very thoughtful improvement. It is nice to have a familiar place where we can relax, enjoy our coffee and toast, and feel well taken care of.

I have been eating here at this Ya Kun branch for a decade. Always a consistent experience in terms of taste and quality. I like the introduction of the muffins and the orange semolina cakes. The Ya Kun butter cookies are also the best to go with tea. This branch also underent some renovation recenlty. Since then, it is very clean and comfortable.

Most of the staff are friendly & efficient. Love the coffee & 1/2 boil eggs. If my daily schedule allow, I will love to have my breakfast there. My only nitpick is the area is a bit warm at times. Good if they increase the no of fans or air cons.

Standard Ya Kun outlet. Ordered the strangest set A which is Kaya butter toast, soft boiled eggs, and a drink, which I had a teh c siu dai. Total was $6.50 (20c cya for the choice of drink). Everything was good. Service was standard. Collect drinks first, then wait for food. There are separate queue numbers for food and drinks too. Was quite crowded on a Saturday morning but I managed to get a seat immediately.

I am a regular at this Ya Kun branch, and highly recommend it. Despite having other Ya Kun options on my commute, I always choose this one due to its consistent quality. The Kaya Toast is always crispy and nice, and the egg is done to perfection. My food also always arrives very fast, so it fits perfectly in a commute. The staff is also friendly and professional
