Nice ambience at Clementi Mall branch. Good courteous service by restaurant manager (Mr Bharat). Food is good as usual (hot and fresh). We love the ultra cheesy burgers. And the double complimentary dundaes, plus cuppacino. Hurray!

Great service at this outlet here, the manager and staff are friendly and quick to response. Great place to have a meal during your birthday month as it comes with free desserts.

Used to have good experience dining here but lately the shortage of staff is taking a toll on the service despite the service charged imposed on the bill. There is a special need boy working as a server, so please be easy on him when ordering as he is also learning and doing his best. Other than boy, most of the service staff is almost unseen. There is another service lady, but gives a black face and an attitude, did not bother engaging her to spoil the outing. Dine at your own risk or look or alternatives to enjoy time out with your loved ones. Likely will be my last visit here unless things changes for the better.

Came to eat here with my parents on a Friday night and our server Heather, struck us as a very responsible, quick handed, personable and dutiful waitress!!
