I had a disappointing experience with my order. I paid extra for the Kampung Chicken Pizza but was given the Cheesy Sausage Pizza instead. The pizza was served cold, so I returned to the outlet hoping they could simply heat it up. While I was there, I also pointed out that I had been given the wrong pizza. Since I hadn't touched it, I asked if they could exchange it for the correct one. Unfortunately, I was told that they were already closed, and no effort was made to resolve either issue. They refused to heat up the cold pizza or exchange it for the correct one, even though the mistake was on their side. I was left with the wrong pizza despite paying more for my order. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and willingness to take responsibility for the error. I hope the team improves both their order accuracy and how they respond when customers experience issues.

Found hair in the beef lasagna. Would want a refund for this, it’s not cheap and it was nauseating to find a long piece of hair stuck in my food

cold pizza already said all u need to know about their service. waited for centuries to be served and got a old and cold pizza. 6 dollars could get you a meal. don't waste your money here.

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with one of the Indonesian staff lady at pezzo clementi mall. Is she well trained or not? She don’t even know how to key in the point for membership and asked me to pay cash instead of card. End up I can’t buy my meal due to cashless.
