Staff at the counter was unfriendly and not helpful, when I asked her how do I check out using grab voucher, as it was my first time buying Makisan and using voucher. The makis tasted as bad as her service. Brown rice grain was hard, and the double Portion salmon sashimi which were very salty and smoked. I clearly indicated I wanted Salmon sashimi and I ended up with smoked salmon ! the entire episode was a Nightmare and I’m glad to say it’s my first and LAST time patronizing.

I ordered a DIY sushi and added avocados& egg mayo in my order, the malay male worker barely added any avocados and egg mayo in it. The Malay female worker then threw the packed sushi on the table rudely. I asked if i can take a spoon as she did not provide one, she looked at me angrily so i had no choice but to take one myself. After I took the spoon, she still glared at me angrily?! Really horrible attitude and customer service & this is my second bad experience with this lady. The sushi was $10.10 & definitely not worth with the amount of ingredients the worker put in it.

I ordered a mega san sushi and one of the ingredients inside was avocado but the sushi has barely any avocado. very disappointed as this was not cheap as well

Takeaway and arrived at home and opened to see that the chicken was left out. The rice is also very sticky unlike what I ate at other outlets. A very disappointing experience

bought takeaway. ordered child’s play with no egg and cheese. There is BARELY any tuna in my food. barely 3 flakes of tuna in each slice. $11.90 wasted.
