This outlet seems to get drink orders wrong quite often, even when there isn’t a crowd. This is the third or fourth time my order has been incorrect. I ordered a Ribena Roselle Green Tea Macchiato with Ribena QQ, but the Ribena QQ was missing. I only realised it when I got home. There have also been previous occasions where toppings were left out or the sugar level did not match what I ordered. I paid extra for the topping, so it’s frustrating when it’s not included. It’s quite disappointing overall, and I hope the outlet can pay closer attention to order accuracy moving forward.

Worst experience, doesn’t know how to control the crowd and control the time. Ordered side-by-side and took us 30 minute of waiting. Doesn’t know how to solve on-site and online orders in an efficient manner. Have a total of six employee within the shop feels like only two are working.

The staff at this outlet dont know how to be friendly w customers. I come to order n talking nicely w her but the way she answers so attitude n shout at me . So early morning i come here to get the drink not to get the bad mood. If your staff not happy dont come to work. Her name is Sunny

Have been visiting this store for quite a few years. Today was really the limit for the poor customer service. I was waiting for the staff at the cashier to finish serving a customer before I took my drink, which was placed right next to the collection window to the left. A girl wearing glasses who was initially behind making drinks came over and said “Yes??” very aggressively. I showed her my online order number WITH A SMILE and politely pointed to my drink behind the window. The staff just put her hand and tapped my drink bag without even bothering to hand me the drink and just walked away. I had to reach in through the collection window to take my drink myself. Ridiculous how rubbish the attitude is when the drink prices keep increasing.

Always a big crowd and hence need to wait a while but I often prefer this brand instead of other bubble tea shop.
