This sharing is not about the coffee or food served. But to give credit to the store manager Khairul. Despite only one person on duty on 1 Sept Tues ard 1230pm, having to manage order, order prep and answering to my concern about something I lost one week ago. He is the only one who straightaway went to office and brings out the items I lost aft providing the description. The same visit last week on Friday morning was via a different guy yield different outcome. He simply didn't bother to check the lost and found and provide execuse items were not present. When Khairul replied the items were present all along. Nonetheless, my items are found. Khairul deserves this appreciation. He will be a gem to the company. As to CBTL management, may be is time to reveal the handshake and handover between temp and permanent staff. Don't just push responsibility to temp for no proper handover when is the attitude in handling client's concern that matters.

Have been my go to place for coffee & breakfast of my preference after exercising ;) Halal, 24 hour, spacious, not crowded, good spread of cakes too. No aircon when the mall is closed but there are fans, so it is fine for me. Good service provided and they always play Class 95, nice!

Opens 24/7, no aircon after 11pm. Their pizza is bad, dont bother trying... Some of their drinks are a little too sweet but they are okay in general. Ordered from this coffee bean and tea leaf outlet several times, their service is pretty decent and fast. Relatively quiet after 12am, a good place to chill and game or do work. Would be better if there was aircon past midnight.

I've tried different breakfast sets at coffee bean. Eggs and buns not so good. Hash browns are nice. Coffee standard seemed to have dropped, always so acidic and bitter. They also took a long time to prepare the food despite not having many people in queue. Service was good though.

Friendly crew and nice place to hangout but they need to improve on the coffee and food asap. Eggs Benedict - yolks already half cooked not runny. It was served with a soft bun not toasted. Quality of bun is poor. Latte - very weak like drinking milk. Eating in lunch they serve coffee in disposables 😔.
