Choco marshmallow is a fail. Just Milo with some marshmallow charging $4.7. Toast with peanut butter only even though we mentioned peanut butter and butter. They still couldn’t do it like Yakun. Lo mai gai average.

first time trying Kaya butter toast and i really liked it a lot, i even bought Kaya spread. the service was even fast and we get to see how our coffee was made and its taste was different from what we're used to but its strong and the aroma alone will tell you that it's really good. its was early morning and it wasn't too busy like we got served immediately...

Good and decent place. It’s a popular place for parents especially on the weekends when they send their kids to tuition classes. Aside from the typical toasts, they have a good range of savory food and normal dim sum box as well. Humongous sizes for iced drinks. Quite a comfortable environment and many seats around.

No complaints! Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Nice local coffee and easy food for my kids who are adjusting to local foods. Nice to have pictures, so that we know what's on the menu. Totally recommend, especially if you are new to Singapore.

Recommended: 1) Kaya toast is nice. 2) Egg is cooked to perfection. 3) kopi Avoid: 1) ice honey lemon tea 2) min Jiang kueh bun
