Very rarely do I leave a 5* rating for this neighbourhood Thai restaurant exceeded my expectations in level of service and authentic Thai cuisine. Run by a local guy who hires Thai staff, food was tasty and unpretentious. If I had any gripe was perhaps the beef boat noodle soup was a tad too sweet but aside to that everything was lovely and already planning my next visit
View on GoogleSukhothai Grill at Lim Bang Shopping Centre is the sister outlet of I Love Sukhothai, located just a few units away. Unlike the main outlet, which focuses on Thai zi char dishes for sharing, this branch offers more individual meals and even Thai steamboat, which isn’t available at the main restaurant. I’ve noticed that the food quality has improved significantly since they first opened, and the dishes are much more flavorful now. Despite the long queues at the main outlet, this branch tends to be quieter, so diners are sometimes directed here to help manage the crowd. The service crew deserves special mention for being friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We arrived as a group of five, and they thoughtfully rearranged seating by shifting a very understanding couple to another table so we could sit together. A must-try is their Signature Spicy Thai Noodles. It is packed with ingredients and bursting with flavor. If you enjoy spicy food, you’ll love this dish. My son also thoroughly enjoyed his customized Seafood Tomato Spaghetti and finished every bite. The only downside is that Thai Milk Tea isn’t available here. The drink selection is limited mainly to canned beverages, beer, matcha, and coffee. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with good food, warm service, and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the main outlet.
View on GoogleWe went for western food yesterday, food was amazing, fresh, delicious, very reasonable price and service was so good! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again!
View on GoogleA new outlet opened under the same company. I really like the setup of this place—it feels very warm and welcoming, and the staff are lovely. Definitely 100% for their service. We especially enjoyed the pork ribs. It’s also much easier to get a seat here compared to the other outlet. The best part is that you can order Thai food from “I Love Sukhothai,” and they’ll serve it here as well!
View on GoogleHad a fantastic meal at Sukhothai Grill. Every dish we tried was genuinely delicious and well-executed. The mushroom soup was rich and comforting, the pasta was creamy and flavourful, and the fried appetisers were perfectly crispy. The grilled beef was especially impressive—tender, juicy, and paired nicely with the dipping sauce and fresh sides. Portions were generous and the presentation was great. Considering the quality and portion sizes, the prices are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience. Definitely a place I’d happily return to. Highly recommended.
