I ordered two drinks from this outlet today via Grab and honestly, it felt like a waste of money. Both drinks had an unusually bitter taste, and the tea flavour was so strong and bitter that we couldn’t really enjoy them. Considering each drink cost over $7, it was quite disappointing. What surprised me even more was that the aloe vera in the Honey Green Tea tasted bitter as well, which I’ve never experienced before. Not sure what happened today, but the drinks were definitely not up to the standard I would expect.

To be clear, this is not an issue with the drink itself, as I purchased the same Honey Oolong Milk Tea from the KOI Thé Westgate outlet on the next day, and it was well-balanced and tasted as expected. This highlights a clear inconsistency in quality between outlets. I hope you can look into this matter, as consistency and responsiveness are key to maintaining customer trust.

went for family dinner, bought 7 drinks at limbang shopping centre, one staff, pretty sure his name is navier - the one with fishtail white clawclip unhappy since the prev customer. thought its a one-time occasion, but when my aunt asked for a single bag, she slammed it on the table. if unhappy, don’t work. it’s not even closing yet. bad customer service compared to other koi shops.

The drinks at this KOI outlet are not consistent and don’t match the quality of other locations. The wait time is always quite slow, and overall the standards here fall short compared to other KOI outlets. 😣

Great service experience as always! Got the orh nee milk tea which has generous orh nee paste and chrysanthemum macchiato which is honestly one of koi's best drinks!
