Worst service ever! Given a grill that was still dirty , ask to change seats and the waitress not very happy. Didn't bother to inform need to scan qr to order . There was a q outside the restaurant when I was eating and the people were made to wait for more than 10 minutes cause the waitress was in the kitchen??? When the customer came in to call her she say wait wait. She could have just let them take a seat cause the restaurant was empty . Some of them even left after being asked to wait for so long . One of the worst lunch experience ever! The chicken has an after taste. Not fresh . Luckily the kids meal was ok .
View on GoogleBy far the worst customer service ever experienced!! Ordered at 6.11PM on 21 August, seated at Table 20. I ordered the 'Japanese Hotpot' which on the menu, included Sesame Sauce. Upon receiving the food, there was no sauce but Onsen Egg, which was not included in what I ordered (only the 'Traditional Sukiyaki' comes with Onsen Egg), hence I went to clarify with this auntie staff. She kept asking me in a really loud and rude voice on whether or not did i order Sukiyaki, the soup base. Despite this, I went on to clarify that I ordered the 'Japanese Hotpot' which comes with Sesame Sauce and also on the mobile order itself, there's 2 very different types of hotpot order. I even pointed at the menu when I was clarifying with her. However, she did not make an effort to listen to my explanation and still kept asking the same question. At this point, I just said it’s okay as the clarification is going nowhere. Shortly after, another male staff came over and asked what i ordered. Hence, I repeated the same thing again. Only then, the male staff told me that only the chicken collagen comes with sesame sauce. If this is so, please amend your menu and state it properly as no customers will know about this unless told by the staffs beforehand. Also, it would be great if your staffs could at least listen to what the customer has to say and to explain properly instead of just asking the same thing over and over again as it comes off as being rude. Photos are added so that it's much clearer on what's stated on the menu for both 'Traditional Sukiyaki' and 'Japanese Hotpot'.
View on GoogleAn affordable halal japanese eatery. Order and payment online. Eat and go. They used to have a free banchan (side dish) counter, but not anymore. If u order the hotel or cold tea, its refillable.
View on GoogleWorst beef I have ever eaten, smelly and not fresh, save this 20sgd I can buy good beef in Donki . You can hard to say there’s any service for service fee🤪, the waiter even don’t know the use for the soup topping.
View on GoogleWe ordered the Shokudo set - it was delish. It may seem not a lot but for small eaters like me, I needed to share the set with my husband. The meat was tender and fresh. I loved their spicy chicken gyoza because of the garlic chilli.
