I love the indian food here especially their mutton meal and briyani. The portion is always very generous and the food tastes great. The rice is fragrant and light, while the mutton is not gamey or tough. The curry is very flavourful and thick which pairs very nicely with the rice. Only downside is that during peak hours, it can get abit chaotic and wait time can be quite abit longer especially with GrabFood orders.
View on GoogleOrdered my meal through grab. I don’t understand what’s the problem with this shop. I simply asked for fried rice without vegetable, they gave me tons of vegetables. I wanted cheese naan, and I’m eating dough. What the hell is the problem. Really inconsistent. I request for a refund through Grab which they give but is anyone from the shop actually making any changes with the quality of food given to customers because I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews from months and years ago and it looks like nothing changed.
View on GoogleI have been patronising NSK for a few years, from the days when it was non-air-conditioned to the current renovated air-conditioned setup. Generally, I have had good experiences, which is why I keep coming back. However, my recent visit was disappointing. I arrived at around 10am and wanted to order Maggi Goreng, only to be told that it is available from 2pm onwards. This was surprising because I have ordered Maggi Goreng many times in the past during the morning, and there was never such a restriction. To make matters more confusing, I checked Foodpanda while I was there and saw that Maggi Goreng was available for order online. This raises questions about why it could not be ordered in the restaurant at the same time. I also asked a staff member about the Maggi Goreng combo, but he was unable to explain what it included. I understand that he may be new, so that was not a major issue. The bigger concern is the lack of communication. There was no signage or indication anywhere that Maggi Goreng, or certain menu items, are only available after 2pm. I hope management can improve the communication of menu availability, whether through clear signage or updated menus, to avoid confusion and unnecessary frustration for customers. As a long-time customer, I hope this feedback will be taken constructively.
View on GoogleMy family and I usually order the Thosai and prata sets and we feel they are good. Today is the first time we’ve tried their fried chicken briyani and I would give it 3.5 stars. We usually place an order just before the peak hours and so far we got them fairly quick and orders are accurate.
View on GoogleI was already preempted that d svc here is slow. But how bad can it be? True enough, All I ordered was 5 teh tarik to go and some rojak fr 2 pax to eat and i had to wait 40 mins. Lucky the food was acceptable.
