Had such a wonderful experience at A Cup Senja! The drinks were delicious, fresh, and satisfying, and everything was served nicely. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better (Indian staff) . I also really enjoyed the cozy and relaxing atmosphere it’s such a nice place to spend time and enjoy good food. Overall, everything was great from the food and service to the ambience. Definitely worth visiting, and I’ll surely come back again! ❤️

Such an amazing hard working Staff. came here for pet event and was thirsty. She handle both online and Counter Orders so fast all by herself. Deserve many praises. Keep it up Girl🙏

Slow and bad service. Was preparing 3 cups ahead of me . It's ok no need to acknowledge my presence cuz I thought u will be serving me next.. I mean duhh there's no one queueing up. After one eternity.... she finally finished with her 3 cups but I was shocked she was serving another auntie that was sitting at the sofa/rest area. I mean I didn't know the auntie was there, and considered queueing for her turn(while sitting down). So the whole 3 min to 5 min I was waiting not just for 3 cups..... totally no respect for me queueing up. While taking her own sweet time preparing the 3 cups at least acknowledge my presence and inform there another person ahead of me but she chose to ignore. Your staff chose to ignore, here's the rightful stars. Pic shown was the auntie sitting that area "queueing" for the drink. You expect I know she's in the queue? No courtesy to even say there's one before you? 4 words is all you need

Went at 1pm and the Chinese lady staff just didn’t seem interested to attend to me. Seems like the store is only doing grab orders and ignore the walk ins

Waited 1 hour, this "back in 15 min" sign has been up here since 11am. I waited till 12pm, and tried to order 3x. Was rejected from the bespectacled lady because she was doing Grab orders then she refused to take my order. After she was done with the Grab orders, she still refused to take my order and said she was having lunch. Told me to return in 20minutes. I returned after more than 20 minutes and she still refused to come out.
