Decent BBQ fair although I thought it was a little on the saltier side. Good touch of BBQ bottles left on the table for you to self service - true to the indulgent practice of such meals. Ordered the sharing platter for 3, 1 pizza, 1 fries, 1 dessert and it was about right for a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Hits for me were the sausage, cornbread, ribs, fries. I'd say skip the pizza unfortunately, and the banana poppers dessert might be a slightly acquired taste somehow. Great atmosphere though, and enjoyed my time that night.

We came here on a Saturday evening for dinner. Despite the carpark overcrowding with cars, we still managed to find a parking lot in this unique rustic beautiful place. The wait was 1.5 hours to get in. Serving of the food was fast. The barbecue meat was delicious and tender with the meat simply melting in your mouth. Pizza was delicious and you should eat it while it is hot from the oven. We paired our dinner with a couple of cocktails. They were well made. Desserts were served after our meals. I highly recommend the peach cobbler sundae. Waiters were not very attentive and we had to raise our hands a few times to ask them to serve our desserts. But overall service is ok.

Came for the opening dinner service excited as we go to Robertson quay to their original outlet whenever we have a craving for texan bbq :D Lets start by making clear that food is still awesome. The only let-down was the brisket being a tad lean and dry. And we wished they use a different cheese for mac-n-cheese so the taste is more punchy. It is very mild in taste as is. Sides portion is tiny as well. It is difficult to share that sauce-plate sized salad between four people. Operationally, it will need some fine tuning but hey, its day 1. I am sharing this just so they can look internally to see what went wrong. We got the platter for four and on the menu it says it came with two choice of desserts. We went for banana pie and banana poppers. Waiter A took our order. After 5 minutes, Waiter A came back informing us that the system showed he could enter a third dessert for the platter and asked what we wanted. We chose to add on the Chocolate Brownie Sundae. Fastforward to after the meal when we called for dessert. A Sundae came and we dug in. After finishing it between the four of us, we checked if the other two desserts might be coming with Waiter B. Waiter B went off to check. After 15mins with no dessert coming or any response about the check, we saw Waiter A passing by and stopped him to explain that we were missing the two banana desserts. He remembered us from the initial order so he acknowleded that we were indeed missing the two banana desserts. 🙏🏻 Off he went and after another 10mins, Waiter B returned with two Chocolate Brownie Sundae on his tray and we stopped him before he could put one down and pointed to our already finished Sundae on our table, that we dont need another. He left the table and after another 10 minutes of nothingness, we caught the attention of Waiter C to explain. Note this is the third staff we are telling the tale of the missing bananas. She left for the kitchen and came back after a decent amount of time with ANOTHER chocolate brownie sundae. At this point, we were just about to peer around to see if we were on a hidden camera prank show and wondering if we should just eat the darn Sundae and save the world from this endless loop. But taking a deep breathe and after some split second internal meditation, we managed to keep our smiles and explained y'know what again. 10 mins later with the sky turning dark on us. We have by now way-crossed the supposed 90 min dining mark because of our quest for the bananas, the right order finally came. p.s. The poppers came with a side of Sundae in a different smaller glass from the choc brownie one. Chalking it up to PTSD, the wife saw it in her peripheral vision and exclaimed 'do NOT put that sundae down' 🤣 but nah yeah we took it since it was a sundae that goes with the poppers. Memories 🍌 I'm sure they will straighten out probably by the time I am writing this so do check them out. Get the wagyu burnt ends and check out the sauce bar!
