Service was great, with friendly and accommodating staff. We ordered the curry fish head, beef rendang and kueh pie tee. The beef rendang was tender, flavourful and well-seasoned, while both the kueh pie tee and curry fish head were delicious as well. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but there’s currently a 15% dine-in promo when you pay via Grab, which helps make it a little more worthwhile.
View on GoogleGot the set for 2 but was quite surprised by the small portions of food meant for sharing purpose. Curry chicken and Assam chicken sauce was little and they can be thicker also. The soups…. Was quite surprised to see it’s just a small bowl also. Sambal was really good tho. As well as their Ngoh hiang w crunchy chestnut & sweet onion…
View on GoogleAuthentic atmosphere peranakan restaurant tuck in a quiet corner besides the swimming pool of Temasek Club. Food up to par for a authentic peranakan, it has all the flavour you expect from peranakan food. Only the chendol needs to bump up as it lacks the classic gula melaka flavour. Our first visit but the staff did not promote nor introduce to the free drink offer for new member! Order was also wrongly taken as we ordered only one soup but two were served. Price range on the upper end for the casual restaurant.
View on GoogleAbsolutely authentic and traditional Peranakan food! Daisy's Kitchen is an absolute hidden gem! Every dish is packed with genuine, traditional flavors that clearly show a deep respect for heritage recipes. I will recommend the beef rendang!
View on GoogleWarm and hospitable service. Clean and traditional setting. Fresh ingredients and delicious. The okra and brinjal in the Asam Fish can be softer and the iced Chendol can be colder. Kueh Pie Ti and Ngoh Hiang are delicious, they are my two favourite dishes. Recommended!
