Had a great experience at Sukiya. The service was efficient, and the staff made the visit pleasant from start to finish. The food was good, nicely presented, and served quickly while still hot and fresh. The flavors were satisfying and the portions were decent as well. I always come here when I need a quick and reliable meal.

Lucy was very friendly and helpful at the counter when we ordered. She was able to explain clearly what the different combo meals are. She even came round to check on how we were doing. Wonderful to find such bubbly and enthusiastic service professionals!

Nothing fancy. If you’re just looking for a quick bite, this place gets the job done. There’s no real sense of hospitality—it’s simply eat your food and leave. I think I was expecting a warmer, more welcoming experience with a bit more human interaction. Everything is done through a QR code, from ordering to payment. A staff member brings the food to your table, but that’s about the extent of the service. The food is alright. I don’t think I’ll find myself craving it, but it’s simple, reasonably priced, and it satisfied my hunger. The drinks were nice too. The only reason I’m not giving it a full rating is because the overall experience just isn’t my style. I was hoping for a little more friendliness or at least some basic interaction from the staff. There was a queue when I arrived, but no one came over. Instead, a staff member simply called out from behind the counter, telling me to sit wherever I wanted. It wasn’t rude, but I would have appreciated a small gesture—walking over, showing me to a table, or explaining that ordering was done via QR code. Those little touches can make a big difference, and they were missing here. That said, I understand this is probably the concept they’re going for: a fast, efficient, no-frills dining experience. If all you want is a decent meal with minimal interaction and a quick in-and-out, then this place does exactly that.

Food here is really good, the ratings truly speak for themselves. Service was warm and pleasant, and you’ll likely be served by a very elderly lady, so please lend a hand if you can. Ordering is done conveniently via QR code at the table, and the drinks were surprisingly good too. We also love how they have a sink for customers to wash and dry their hands, a thoughtful touch that makes dining more comfortable. The only part that could have been better was the slightly wet floor which we’re guessing it might’ve been from a leaking aircon, though nothing dripped on us, just a semi-wet patch underfoot. Seating is quite cosy if you don’t mind being a little close to the next table. Overall, still a lovely dining experience worth returning for.

Fantastic service given by one of the service staff! I think his name is Amir? Sorry I forgot. Anyways he was very welcoming and recommended me and my friend menu items as it was my first time visiting. Kudos to him!
