Dont call yourself chilli crab chicky pop when i dont even see chilli crab sauce on my chicken bits?? Are your employees trying to scam customers? Does it hurt your business to drizzle the sauce onto the chicken ? Otherwise the chicken is so dry and tasteless! I am so disappointed and not coming back to eat in the next few months!!!

The staff battered and fried the chicken upon order, the freshness made the chicken juicy and crispy.

I ordered the XXL chicken on Foodpanda, but the taste was quite bland. The seasoning didn’t seem right—whatever salt powder they used wasn’t enough, so the chicken ended up tasting very plain. It wasn’t as tasty as the fried chicken we get at pasar malam with cheaper price.

Sometimes nice, sometimes not nice. Sometimes plain, sometimes too salty. Today I can barely taste the powder, very plain, not salty enough. I might need to eat this taiwan chicken with chilli sauce 😓. After ordering few times, I've felt a bit lost interest with it already, please improve the standard. Miss the salted & honey fried chicken at pasar malam in the old days.
