This ramen shop is from Sapporo, Hokkaido. The outlet is located near the pickup and dropoff area on the first floor. The noodles are quite authentic as they seem to be airflown fr Japan. Free upgrade to pre noodles is also available upon orderinf. The rice is a bit disappointing as it does not have the chewy texture is good-qulaity Japanese rice. Gyoza is great as the bottom is pan-fried to golden crispy. The soup base is quite thick unless you order the shoya kind which is soy sauce based. Otherwise, both tonkutsu and miso (blended in tonkutsu) bases are very salty and thick. It's better to go with tea, or plenty of water if you are not a regular of thick ramen broth. Space is limited, and can be quite crowded. Service is good, though waitresses can be more attending during peak hours. It was rather difficult for us to call one of them once we were seated at the corner.

Tried the Mini-Ramen with Fried rice combo and it's awesome. Also tried the wings and gyosa, tasty too. Strongly recommended for casual dining either alone or with group.

Giving it 4 stars overall but probably 3.5 stars for food. It’s not bad but tends to be a tad bit salty and soup was not that hot. The gyoya was pretty standard and chicken karage good. Ice green tea served was not as diluted as some other places. I think the sets are good value but I didn’t go for them as it didn’t have the ramen I want.

The ramen and fried rice set is worth it. It comes with 3 gyozas too. You may choose either the thin noodle or the thick noodle. Not the best ramen i've ever had but it's definitely a nice one.

Food's ok, but 1 star is for the horrible Jpop music choice. Sounded so irritatingly familiar..... ok got it, part of Ichiban Boshi. Why can't they play Jpop songs nicer to the ear? Gave me a headache!
