Tried the prawn noodles and braised pork rice here. The noodles are indeed very tasty and comforting, with a rich and robust broth. The braised pork rice is super flavorful and satisfying. Definitely a great comfort food spot
View on GoogleAlways been a really big fan of the food here but today it was a big miss. They got my order wrong which I closed an eye to, but then found a dead HOUSEFLY in my food at the bottom of the bowl. When i discreetly let the staff know about it, she looked irritated that I even raised it and was very rude. Thereafter there was also no formal apology from staff / floor manager. Doubt they’d do anything about it. I also tried to look online for an email but to avail. Sorry! No choice but to leave a review. I really think this outlet has a serious hygiene problem. Even the dining area is infested with houseflies. Please enjoy some pictures.
View on GoogleI was here this morning with my wife for brunch. It has been a while since we were last here and we ordered our usual: an "A2 Prince" noodles of "Pork Rib Prawn Noodles" soup with kway teow and beehoon. It was as good as before: the soup had a lot of umami and the pork ribs were very tender. As for the prawns, while they were not shelled for convenient eating, they were at least halved. The service here was very good - very friendly and courteous. The dining ambience for my wife and me was good as we dined well before the lunch rush hour, so we had a lot of elbow space and the air-conditioning was more than comfortable.
View on GoogleOne of our favourite prawn noodle place. As usual ordered the A1 selection, 1 soup and 1 dry version. The prawn broth is rich and yummy. They entertain refill :). The set came with fried pork belly and a lime juice drink.
View on GoogleOrdered the pig intestines kway teow. Only hv 3-4 miserable pieces of fish cakes and 5 pcs of intestines. But the taste is okay. Hot drinks are always not available even though the hot drinks menu is on the counter.
