Value for money very well grilled chicken chop during lunch time weekdays. Comes with mushroom soup. Put black pepper very nice. What's to improve? Unfortunately, no more balsamic vinegar on salad for the past 2 times

This is my first time rating a place one star. Food was below average. Unfriendly staff. Place full of houseflies. Plate was scratched and stained. Dirty and worn out seats. Will never be back.

It is rather warm in the restaurant which may have been due to the lighting. I ordered the steak with spaghetti, requesting it to be medium rare, but unfortunately, it arrived well done. The steak was also thinner than expected, which may have contributed to it being overcooked. On a positive note, my friend's chicken chop spaghetti was tender and enjoyable. The staff demonstrated good customer service by offering me the option to upgrade to a soup and drink set for $4.90, rather than just purchasing a drink for $3. However, the presence of flies in the dining area was a significant distraction, and I found myself constantly swatting them away.

Visited Common Grill at Hillion Mall and ordered their Signature Grilled Chicken Chop. While the chicken was well-marinated and had a nice char, the overall experience was a bit underwhelming. The spaghetti served on the side was noticeably cold, which really took away from the enjoyment of the meal. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before it reached the table. Service was average, and the portion size was decent, but for a place that brands itself around grilled specialties, I expected a bit more attention to detail—especially with the sides. Hopefully just an off day, but would appreciate hotter, freshly served food next time.

I’ve visited your restaurant 5 times, and each time your staff informed me that coleslaw was unavailable. I understand that items can run out occasionally, so I chose mashed potatoes instead, but unfortunately that was also unavailable. After experiencing this on multiple visits, I’m quite disappointed. If these items are no longer being sold or are frequently unavailable, please inform customers accordingly so that we do not make a trip expecting to order them. I really enjoy your coleslaw and mashed potatoes, which is why I keep coming back. I hope the availability of these items can be improved.
