I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the service at the Boost Juice outlet at Bukit Panjang Plaza. I visited the outlet today and waited for approximately 10–15 minutes, but there were no staff present to attend to customers. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. On several previous visits, the counter was also unattended. This reflects poorly on the outlet’s management and operational standards. Customers should not have to wait without any staff available, especially during operating hours.

The staff named star on the name tag, she had such amazing customer service. I think that evelates the flavour of the drink itself. Not to mention the drink is amazing especially shes handling everying alone. Deserved 5 stars. Raise deserved!

To get complimentary birthday drink , need to buy another drink . Bought the cheapest berry drink at S$3.50 and get a original berry super fruit drink. However both berry drinks tasted so diluted and bland as if the staff didn't add any blended berry fruit . Not worth the whole and savings to get the complimentary drinks unlike previously . Was I shortchanged ? No wonder no customer during that time I bought .

Pregnant women and children beware! I ordered three drinks from here. Two mango based and one berry based. The photo shows what I got. Firstly, one mango based drink is missing. Secondly, none of the berry based drinks are the one I ordered. What's the problem here, right? The problem is that not all boosters are suitable for pregnant women and children under 15. This is clearly stated on their website. With multiple mix ups in one order, I have lost all confidence that I'm getting the right drinks. What boost juice is doing in terms of their lack of quality control is completely reckless and hazardous to certain consumer groups. I will not be coming back to boost juice anytime soon.
