Waited for 20mins for 2 drinks. There was a lady who also waited for 15mins for 1 drink. Plus the sequence was not in order and quite messy. After 15 mins of waiting, had to check in with the cashier and then that's where he informed his colleagues to make the drinks. Fyi, there was 3 staff doing the drinks and 1 cashier. So I don't see the reason why there is a delayed. This was the only outlet where I had waited the longest. The rest outlet was prompt and did drinks swiftly.

Another itea in the area! June 2024 Updates : this outlet is still terribly slow in accepting app order. Had tried on multiple occasion and maybe around 70% of the times the order was slow to be accepted (as compared to other outlet like kovan, , jurong west, woodlands etc)

Was here and order 2 pearl milk tea add ice-cream. Total $6.60. Reached home realised no pearl. Walk back and ask to add in the pearl. The lady and the fat guy ask me must top up each $0.40 to add the pearl! Why i need to do so! The lady said the guy who do cashier is new. So it's that my problem whether he is new or not!! I did the correct order, he do mistake nothing to do with me!! I buy your milk tea not only today! Almost three times a week i buy. The staff there have attitude problem! At the end of the day, the lady told me, she will do for me but not next time! What the hell! If you guys never do mistake, why still got next time! Poor service!!

uncooked pearls, gave feedback and was told bcos i kept my drink in the fridge and drank later. 'thumbs up' to ur staff who replied my email. i shall not waste time patron this beverage business in future. btw, i am not dumb and i certainly can differentiate between cooked and uncooked pearls.
