came upon the worse customer service satay shop, ask them if that’s my order because i was afraid of taking the wrong one as there was a uncle standing beside it but got asked in a annoyed manner to check it myself. after checking it, was about to go & got called back just to ask me 3 times if that’s my order. If you’re so worried that it’s not your customer order why not take it or check it for them? guy with piercing with a malaysia accent that looked like a potato even added a commented “ you can put it back here and don’t take the food if you don’t like ”. claimed that my tone wasn’t good when i repeated 3 times if that’s my order, maybe his princess attitude was expecting me to talk to him nicely after his bad tone.

Satay is decent but too small too little meat especially the mutton. Seller is stingy with the satay sauce. When I asked for a sauce refill (2 small bowls), the uncle told me can only give me 1 bowl refill. I cannot understand, why are you so stingy with your satay sauce? You rather spoilt the relationship (and satisfaction score) with your customers, and ruin the reputation of your stall, then to allow (happily) refill of the sauce?
