Need to keep repeating orders to stall assistants as they lack a clear structure to manage orders and queue. Although there are 3 people at the stall, orders get confused and there is no clear communication or clear role for each of them. My advice to tell them to slow down and take down one order at a time fell to deaf ears. Food is ok for its price.

Tried the coffee shop stall at blk 137 woodlands. Price abit steep and pricing not transparent. No clear indication of item price, was abit shock when the staff told me it's $11.40 for one lotus rice, one portion of siew Mai and one portion of stuffed beancurd. Siew Mai taste CMI, taste one and give up on the rest. The rest is just so-so.. unlikely to patron again.

The only stall here sell Pao & Dim Sam all day long, the Big Pao I just tasted, has a little unpleasant “Meaty smell “. The “Milo Kosong “ rather light compare to their competitor’s near by. The only stall I preferred here is the Roasted Delights.

Bought 1 Taro puff and 1 spring roll. Then when paying, the cashier said: $2.70 because the Taro puff was too small so there was no choice but to give you 2 Taro puffs and charge you a bit less. It felt like being forced to spend — is it my problem that you made the Taro puffs small? When I opened it, one Taro puff was half the size of a normal Taro puff, and the other was 70% of the usual. I told the cashier this wasn't right — you can't only say it at payment, force me to pay, and then say it can't be changed. I should have been told when the items were picked up, and only if I agreed; maybe I could have swapped for an egg tart or something else. In the end the cashier was unhappy, threw the smallest little Taro puff into the bin in front of me and returned $0.80 to me. Better be careful when buying here; sometimes when I bought the same dim sum, I was charged an extra $0.20 at payment, but since it's small money I let it go. Throwing away food is really heartbreaking — I was just informing and asking; if it can't be changed, fine. I've always been a customer here, but because of the cashier's attitude and actions today, I'll try to come less often next time. Bought 1 Taro puff and 1 spring roll been requested to pay $2.70 and the cashier said the Taro puff too small and no choice and already gave me 2 pcs and discount been given. Told the cashier shouldn't did like this and I a bit felt like been forcing to pay extra and been told cannot change. Look to the Taro puff, 1 size just half of the normal Taro puff another 1 just 70% of usual Taro puff. The cashier was not happy, she took the smallest Taro puff and throw it to the dustbin in front of me and return $0.80 to me. Very disappointed. Other days with the same Dim Sum sometimes also got extra cents to paid like 20cents already forgive it coz small money. But today the cashier did like this really disappointed me, if cannot change just forget about this, do not throw the Taro puff. Will reduce the visit here. Tq
