Went to this iTEA store for the first time to get two drinks but the experience was horrendous. As I had a redemption card from a friend with a stamp already on the card, I was expecting to get two new stamps on the card after buying two new drinks. Instead, the female staff at the counter just added a single stamp on the card itself for a total of two stamps instead of three. When I approached her to get the additional stamp, she refused my request and even lied to her colleague who intervened that I did not pass her any card and that the card that I am holding was a new card that she handed to me after the order. After I refused to budge from my position, her colleague had no choice but to put the rightful third stamp on the card. Meanwhile, both the guilty staff and her colleague maintained an expression that I was trying to cheat them throughout this exchange. As such, this experience had taught me that the staff can be so sneaky and dishonest and I will strongly encourage every customer to check the stamp on your redemption card so as not to be short changed by the store. I have added a picture of the dishonest female staff in the attached photos as well as the redemption card. You can clearly see that there is an older stamp and two newer stamps from the card.

Itea is a great store and i particularly like their drinks so this review is solely for the gombak branch. I have been buying from this branch consistently (3-4 times per mth) for years now but they always have tempermental staffs. The counter staff talks to you like you are an annoyance to them becquse you want to order; no smiles, hands leaning against table, one word curt language, overall very dismissive. I bought my usual drink and it was bland, no sugar, no tea taste, no flavouring and asked to remake it again. (Note: I went when there was no customers and asked politely giving reason + time i bought previously) They didn’t even reply me, just took my drink and passed to the back expressionlessly. Not even a “give me a moment.” Sparing the rude staffs, the drink this time was also flavourless. I saw that they used some diluted extract when the concentrated (usual) one was still on the shelf but didn’t say anything in case it was new policy. I asked if they used a new extract but they very rudely said “No. Try again.” As I was taking out the straw to poke and taste, I explained that it tasted different from the other times I bought. But once again, rude reply “Try again.” Nothing more nothing less. Overall, rude staffs, change in drink taste. Won’t buy from this branch anymore.

horrible experience, drink took 20 minutes just for a passionfruit ice blend, service was bad, the other people who ordered after me’s drinks came first and they were very complicated orders, was already going to be late and in the end just left without my drink. ridiculous and will not ever come back, unhygienic too, drink maker dropped lids for ingredients and picked it back up and placed it back, also the cashier went to make drinks and touched ingredients with his hands after handling money, disgusting

The first time l came here, there was this really rude cashier and she had big eyes and wore a black watch. I hope you guys do something about her because her attitude is not it. You can't be a cashier nor can you work in any company with an attitude like that. The only reason why l put a 2 star review and not a 1 star review was because of this other cashier from another time l came to the store again and she also had quite big eyes and she wore a white mask, she was really kind and friendly. If it weren't for her, this place would be getting an absolute 0 star review but since l can't put a 0 star review either, you guys would have gotten a 1 star . Please do something about this matter otherwise this store will be in bankruptcy because of her.

Visited around 5:30 PM. 2 staff were there one was preparing a drink, while the other appeared to be pretending to stay busy, topping up cups. They completely ignored me. Then i asked, “Can i order?” The staff member with the brown hair clip responded sharply with, “WAIT.” She later took my order with a bad attitude, rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t hear my order and abruptly said, “WHAT?” Omg completely lacking basic manners, let alone proper customer service. I paid for my drink, i wasn’t asking for free. If someone can’t do the job properly, they shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role. She even put her finger inside the cup, so where is the hygiene? The drink quality was also disappointing and far below standard. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Not come back anymore and recommend people do not visit this store. Management please check CCTV to see how the staff work.
