Why no zero star! The worst zi char stall in Bukit Batok when it comes to customer service. Especially that short woman—she acts like you owe her money. Ask her a question and she completely ignores you. When giving change, she just throws it onto the table. Let’s see how long they can keep this up.

Unforgettable BAD experience! Ordered their Signature Fish Bee Hoon. The soup was totally white due to excess milk being added instead of whitish collagen due to boiling fish stock. Soup for totally creamy and sweet! Also order Steamed Fish (Hong Hong Style) , to my horror, the fish was served with a few thin threads of ginger. Absolutely no garnish nor any vegetable toppings as illustrated in the menu picture! Trying to get the staff feedback but they just walked past turning a deaf ear! AM NOT COMING BACK !!!

The worst lemon chicken meat i ever eat and taste. Meat is hard and hard to chew. No standard and will never buy again. Better the close shop.

It was the worst zichar I ever had. There was no standard at all. I ordered the yee mian, and some of it was still uncooked. The sauce was so thick and starchy. The service staff was rude, too. Saw me wanting to order, just walked away. Another one came, and I told her my order and she just sat there and shouted the cost, expecting me to pay her without she moving from her seat. She was not facing me all these while and did not even want to have eye contact. Will never come back again. Bad experience.

Ordered stew bee hoon which I had before and found a liking to. But today chef made mistake and was served a normal wet bee hoon. The server already noted the error and asked if we can accept the mistake which I rejected with apologies and the server assured the they would correct the mistake. However, within a few minutes, the dish was served again. As we ate, it was obvious that all they did was removed and changed the sauce. It was not the taste that I had in previous multiple occasions. Totally no service recovery. Took us as idiots. They have just lost me as a customer and I am definitely going to spread my experience with my friends and advise them accordingly. Not coming back!!!!!
