Went there on 15/04/26 to have Tom Yam Yong Tau Fu with wife . When the order came , there is small insect in the bowl of Tom yam . Told the cashier about it. They didn't offer refund instead to take a new bowl. How can I continue to eat after seeing insect in my food. Won't be back to eat anymore
View on GoogleChicken rice and Yong tau Food all in one place and there are various other choices too. Portion is ok. Taste is delish.
View on GoogleBeen here countless times over the years, my comfort food for non spicy halal meal. I do understand inflation n high overhead in f&b r real n scary but yday encounter really shocked me. 1 canned button mushroom, baby corn, quail egg, tomato, prep tied veggies cost ($0.90/pcs) ain’t it too steep to count as NDF pricing? Thanks to the receipt 1st take too, usually don’t have, I will try avoid taking those items the next time I visited. FYI, I did asked for recount of the items cos it is the highest amount I ever paid, usually always around $12/14++, he admitted overcharge of $0.80 n refunded me, last visit was less than 2 weeks ago
View on Googlehad 1st at yishun and it was superb so when I realised bt Batok got a branch I was excited as I lived in the west .but so disappointed because everything was bland. so today at yishun I gave it another try . yup, taste good. fr rice to sauce everything. not fr central kitchen is it?
View on GoogleThis place is a monthly visit requirement even pre pandemic 😊 Enjoyed the chicken rice (good portions), the Yong Tau Foo was good (more variety would be nice) and price was reasonable for sure. Biggest issue with me since day 1 I visited here was the tiny tiny tables. 2 person to a tiny table is just super crowded and uncomfortable. 2 tables seating 2 people (as per the required regulations) would not breach the space and distance requirements. So hopefully they can look into this. The food can be nice, the staff can be wonderful but when the set up is uncomfortable, the whole experienced is compromised. Again, hope they will look into this. Food : 4 / 5 Staff : 4 / 5 Ambience: 2 / 5
