Blanco Court Fresh Fish Soup
Friends who love fish soup/soup rice, look over here! Have you ever had fish slice soup with fried egg💣? It's really special. I've never seen or eaten it before, so I find it really special🧐 The white fish slices are fresh and tender, the fried fish slices aren't dry either, lots of meat👍🏻 The soup base is also fresh and sweet, not too salty, not too bland, just right😋 The soup base is simmered from many ingredients, you can choose fish soup/pumpkin fish soup/carrot fish soup. The bee hoon series doesn't include clams, the soup rice series doesn't include fried egg. Lots of choices, you can try them all. Friends living nearby can go give it a try😋 Only the Toa Payoh branch has soup rice! There are 3 branches in total! I came here thinking it would be the same blanco court fish soup standard, but to my dismay, the soup was tasteless, I could taste it was only boiled w soya beans. Fresh slice fish was not the freshest. It was a tad slimy and not the firm sliced fish. Very disappointed as we walked 2.5km to come here for the fish soup. Was really tasteless the soup.
View on GoogleCost $5.50 for the fried fish noodles. The fish and egg is not crispy enough. Don't have the nice fried smell. The soup is bland and taste of flavors. Their store in beauty world tastes nicer.
View on GoogleBest fish soup in the area. Substantial portions for the price, unlike other fish soup stalls who give paltry amounts of fish. Support them please!
View on GoogleI was unwell and decided to order Grab Delivery today. As a food enthusiast, I rarely order fish soup as it is often overcooked. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my meal. The fish was perfectly cooked, the soup was flavourful, and the milk-to-soup ratio was well balanced. My sincere compliments to the cook for the excellent preparation — please keep up the great work.
View on GooglePretty good bowl of fried fish soup; $5.50 came with 6 slices of fish. Added milk into the soup and it was really light yet flavourful. Wouldn’t specially travel for this but still one of the better fried fish soups I’ve had.
