Tried KOI at Hillview CC for the first time. The beverages themselves were quite enjoyable—fresh and well-made, and the taste lived up to expectations. However, the service could be improved. The staff member who attended to us came across as rather stern, and the tone felt a bit harsh. A softer, more welcoming approach would definitely make the overall experience much better for customers. Overall, the drinks are worth trying, but just to suggest the service aspect can be improved to match the quality of the beverages.

When it just started, everything was okay. Now, I don't even have craving for Koi after buying drinks from this outlet. Just imagine how terrible it is.It's my favourite since young. Don't bother ordering 20% 50% or 75%. They all taste the same. Tried ordering for a year and it's proven that there is no difference in the percentage. Pure laziness from the current staff. Not only that, they have been bringing non-staff personnels(bfs&etc) to their shop. Busy talking to the non-staff rather than concentrating on serving customers. It's just terrible plus HQ doesn't even bother when complaint emails are made. Don't think this outlet will ever improve.

I have visited this store many times, and the waiting time has been excessively long on every occasion. The staff lack flexibility in handling orders and focus solely on fulfilling online reservations, often preparing large orders of more than ten drinks at a time. Despite there being only one or two customers on-site, the waiting time consistently reaches 15–20 minutes. The company’s management should seriously reconsider and address the issue of employee flexibility and in-store service efficiency.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. She also checked in with me to ensure I got no issues placing my order at the kiosk 👍🏻👍🏻
